Minicamping Heksenheuvel

Set among the farmlands in the driest region of the Netherlands, just outside Someren-Heide, Minicamping Heksenheuvel is a cosy and welcoming campsite where peace, space and hospitality come together. This car-free campsite is ideal for families with children, hikers and cyclists. The campsite offers 19 spacious pitches, each with a 6-amp electricity connection, several water points and Wi-Fi throughout the grounds. There is also a separate tent area for small tents, especially for touring hikers and cyclists. The sanitary facilities are modern, well maintained and largely gender-neutral, with timed showers, toilets, washbasins, a lockable laundry area and dishwashing facilities. Bicycles can be stored safely in a covered, locked bike shelter. Children will find plenty to enjoy, including a large wooden playground, slides, swings, go-karts and bicycles. There is also an animal meadow with miniature cows and goats, as well as a rabbit enclosure. Dogs are welcome when kept on a lead and can run freely or train on the enclosed recreation field with simple agility equipment. A dedicated dog-wash area is available. In autumn, a special dog-friendly camping weekend is organised, subject to sufficient interest. In addition to camping pitches, guests can also stay in a log cabin or studio. With its complete facilities, child-friendly setting and warm atmosphere, Minicamping Heksenheuvel is an ideal place for a relaxing break. The surrounding area offers varied landscapes of forests, heathland and ponds, perfect for walking and cycling.
