Marie-Rose Bakery Café has been a well-loved spot in Knokke-Heist for breakfast, brunch, and lunch for five years. The concept is urban, healthy, and above all, delicious. International classics such as Eggs Benedict and Caesar salad are prepared using top-quality products, preferably sourced locally. Perfect cappuccinos and homemade croissants complete the experience. Everything revolves around taste, perfection, and presentation, served in a casual urban atmosphere where everything is freshly prepared and there’s always room for a sweet indulgence. The Bakery Café reflects Barbara’s international background and her passion for quality and experience, shaped by years of work in international retail. In the summer of 2019, the birth of her daughter Marie-Rose sparked the idea for a Bakery Café with international flair in Knokke-Heist.
