Dimitri Casteleyn is the driving force behind the artisanal ice cream of Casteleyn Ice Cream. His childhood dream of becoming a chef grew into a lasting passion for flavor and craftsmanship. At the age of 30, he completed his training as a chef and took a decisive step toward his culinary ambition. In 2016, he further specialized as an ice cream maker. What started as making ice cream for friends and family quickly grew as more people discovered his creations. Together with his wife, he founded their own business, driven by one clear vision: creating a top-quality product without compromise. No ready-made powders, but 100% artisanal ice cream, with unique flavors they develop themselves. Ice cream enjoyed not only for refreshment, but above all for its exceptional taste. In 2020, the former barn was transformed into a fully fledged shop. Today, customers can visit for liter tubs, homemade chocolate-coated ice creams, ice cream cakes, ice cream bars, and many other treats.
