In the summer of 1994, Nadine and Alex opened their brasserie in a renovated farmhouse, choosing authentic materials to create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. A true eye-catcher is the pulpit, which made its way from a French antique shop and eventually found a central place in the interior. What began with simple snacks grew into an extensive menu and an additional event room for all kinds of gatherings. The terrace overlooks the fields of Heuvelland and offers a beautiful view of the setting sun.
