Founder Filip, who worked for many years as a social worker, decided after the loss of his father to pursue his dream of opening his own hospitality business. After a long search, he found the perfect location in his own village. In January 2022, he opened the doors of De Parlé — not just an ordinary café, but a place with a story. With a cozy lounge, a children’s play corner, and a sunny terrace, it is always a pleasant place to relax.
