De Waterkant

At Brasserie De Waterkant, guests can enjoy food and drinks by the water on a seasonal basis. The brasserie is not open all year round and deliberately follows the rhythm of the seasons. The menu features fresh, homemade dishes prepared with day-fresh seasonal vegetables and classic seasonal favourites. All dishes are freshly prepared (while supplies last) and complemented by a weekly suggestion. As a result, the menu may differ from what is shown online. The spacious terrace, often referred to as the most beautiful in Bruges, enjoys sunshine throughout the day and can accommodate up to 150 guests, offering stunning views of the water and surrounding nature. For the youngest visitors, there is a sandpit and a small playground. In addition, De Waterkant is also a unique venue for private events, both in winter and summer. During winter, the restaurant is transformed into a fully equipped party and dance hall; in summer, guests can celebrate under a stylish stretch tent with a mobile bar. Each event is tailored entirely to the guests’ wishes.
