Pitta Aphrodite
Since July 1st, 1997, Ben De Facq and Nathalie De Baere have been running their pita restaurant, Aphrodite. Here, quality comes first: all preparations are made fresh in-house every day. The meat—fresh pork loin—is delivered daily, marinated on-site according to southern tradition, and prepared into a pita skewer tailored to the expected demand. This way, Aphrodite can always guarantee a freshly made skewer. The dishes are distinguished by the crisp, fresh vegetables that accompany the grilled meat. Combined with the homemade dressing, this results in a surprisingly healthy form of fast food. All sauces, including the now-famous garlic sauce, are also freshly prepared. Quality, friendliness, and efficient service are the team’s core values. Together, they strive to offer every customer an unforgettable pita experience.
