For over 20 years, Tamara and Joël have been welcoming guests to Taverne The Passage, a warm and family-friendly brasserie on the road between Sint-Truiden and Liège. In the kitchen, Joël creates fresh, seasonal dishes inspired by local flavours, while Tamara and her team ensure a warm and attentive service that makes every guest feel at home. The taverne features a cosy private room for gatherings and a charming summer terrace right next to the Haspengouw cycling routes. Every morning, guests enjoy a complimentary freshly baked pastry with their coffee, and on the third Thursday and last Saturday of each month, they’re treated to homemade doughnuts and apple fritters.
