Since summer 2023, Paroles Paroles has been welcoming guests in the heart of Ostend, quickly earning two Gault&Millau awards. This SHARING-concept in the SKY DISTRICT combines a restaurant, bar, and event café. Guests can share flavorful small plates by Chef Terence McGarrity while enjoying cocktails, wines, and tapas. At Paroles Paroles, the strict rules of fine dining are left behind: no fixed courses, no imposed rules. Guests can share what they like or create their own culinary journey, all in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. On the sunny terrace or at the cozy indoor tables, a lively, international ambiance awaits. For special occasions, a stylish event space for up to 40 guests is available.

An absolute must for anyone who loves sharing delicious food in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. At Paroles Paroles, we enjoyed a wonderful sharing experience: fresh oysters and boquerones to start, followed by perfectly cooked venison and yummy prawns. We were recommended the chicory tarte tatin and a fresh pumpkin and pomegranate salad as sides, which brought everything beautifully into balance. Winston was treated like a true VIP. He not only got a bowl of fresh water, but was also offered a soft blanket to lie on, received plenty of attention from the team, and — as the cherry on top — a piece of meat from the chef himself. We’ll definitely be back!
