The name is a tribute to the former residents of the two houses: Frans at number 58 and Yvonne at number 56. Depending on where you take a seat, you’ll find yourself dining in “Yvonne’s living room” or “Frans’ kitchen” — two spaces full of stories, memories, and character. The restaurant serves Belgian cuisine that blends classic flavors with a contemporary twist. The menu features comforting dishes from Yvonne’s Kitchen alongside refined creations with meat, fish, seafood, and homemade desserts. All dishes are prepared in a Josper, a charcoal oven from Barcelona — an innovative mix between grill, oven, and barbecue. With no open flames, ingredients stay juicy and full of flavor, while being seared, smoked, and roasted at the same time.
